| B) The Scope of Resources |
| For the proper performance of the Travel Services, below
is a brief description of our personnel and technical
abilities. |

The Personnel |
| |
Being an IATA accredited agent and in accordance
with our objective to present professional travel
services to our clients, we have put together a
team of aggressive and dedicated professional executives.
From among this well experienced team, B.S.O. will
deploy members of that team for the daily operations
of this contract. If need be B.S.O. will make sure
to have available as many professional executives
as the need implies, whether through a transfers
from other B.S.O. offices or even recruiting new
executives. The staff members will be bilingual,
IATA certified with long experience in the field.
Those members undergo regular training courses with
airline companies to keep up-to-date on the latest
development and changes in the field. We are among
very few travel agents in Lebanon who now issue
airline tickets through the World Span computerized
system. Lately they completed an IATA intensive
course on the implementation of Billing Settlement
Plan (BSP).

The Facilities |

Our office at the Freeway Center in the middle
of Beirut city will benefit from the logistics and
technical support that will provide by our network
of offices all over the country. This network comprises
offices in Mount Lebanon and the capital Beirut.
As mentioned in other paragraphs all these offices
are equipped with the latest computer systems and
are linked together and with the airline companies.
In order to obtain Proper and accurate billing B.S.O.
maintained the most efficient automated accounting
system - Dolphin. This Senior Software supports
the Lebanese Chart of Accounts and always updated
by new versions to stay up to the standards. This
software backed up by the Software Design Company.

Management Structure |

Our Management is located in our head office at
Freeway center, Sin El-Fil and we have two branches
one located in Bikfaya and the other in Dekwaneh.
The BSO team consists of 10 staff every employee
has a clear job description, which makes our daily
work go smoothly and efficiently. Our staff consists
of the General Manager, Executive secretary, Assistant
and Accountant, Public Relation, Ticketing Manager,
Messenger, Tour Operator, Ticketing and Reservation
and Other Travel Services.
