Eight Years ago, when B.S.O. Started the Recruitment Division , our aim was to create a professional service in the connection between all majors so that Engineers, Doctors, Administrators, Lawyers, Secretaries, Artists… can find one port where they can rest.
B.S.O. Outsourcing Division Birth:
Beginning year 2000 we discovered that some companies are in need to the Outsourcing Services since it is part of the recruitment services. For this reason we initiated this division to complete the basket of our employment and administration labor services.

B.S.O. Recruitment Process:
- We carefully study and design to offer the employer candidates well matched with the needs and culture of their organizations.
- The Recruitment Process starts with the company-client inquiry, followed by a Signed Agreement.
- The client is asked to fill a Staff Requisition Form which consists of the job description along with work details and any specific requirements.
- B.S.O. starts the Executive Search for the qualified candidates, through the most advanced software designed especially to fit with the recruitment request.
- The CVs screened out from this search are called for interview with B.S.O. consultants to discuss the job and check on their profile.
- The outcome of those interviews is communicated to the client.
