B.S.O. Recruitment Process:

We carefully study and design to offer the employer candidates well matched with the needs and culture of their organizations.

The Recruitment Process starts with the company-client inquiry, followed by a Signed Agreement.

The client is asked to fill a Staff Requisition Form which consists of the job description along with work details and any specific requirements.

B.S.O. starts the Executive Search for the qualified candidates, through the most advanced software designed especially to fit with the recruitment request.

The CVs screened out from this search are called for interview with B.S.O. consultants to discuss the job and check on their profile.

The outcome of those interviews is communicated to the client.

E-Recruitment:

B.S.O. was from the beginners to initiate the E-recruitment by developing bso.com.lb

This site provides online recruitment services for both the Jobseekers and the Employers.

Bso.com.lb is regularly updated to follow the technology of the I.T. industry and the huge spread of internet users.

Employers:

The Employers can benefit from the large databank that comprises more than 20000 CVs and it is increasing daily by an average of 25 CVs.

A friendly search engine is built in to facilitate the search procedure “Positions by Categories” and posting jobs.

B.S.O. designed a custom made payment to suit all companies’ sizes.

Jobseekers:

The Jobseekers, register online by filling a step by step friendly application.
