Welcome to the BSO – Business Services Office website.

We are a group of highly dynamic, creative and talented people, ready to go that extra mile to create first class services for our customers. Our employees make BSO a great place to work, and the reason why our clients choose to work with us on their most challenging projects. This forms the basis of our innovative reputation and success.

We have created BSO to facilitate other businesses’ work, not only in Lebanon, but also in all Middle East area. Today I am proud to say that we have achieved this challenging goal in so many differentiating and effective ways.

When we say support for your business, we mean it. Through decades of experience and IATA certificate, we have become one of the few companies in Lebanon who can offer you six different services in many different fields, which are not only the backbone of BSO, but also the trigger for our growth. Our main differentiators are based on constant innovation and customer care. With such a mindset, we have confidently marched towards new markets and service expansion; including:

We have expanded our brand name to become a group company with three branches in different areas in Lebanon and will soon be opening our first branch in Egypt.

Our History

January 14, 1988 was the starting point of Business Services Office to take off from his hometown in Bikfaya, El Metn.

The founder, Nabil Sebaaly, was at the peak of his enthusiasm after graduation and very passionate about the Travel and Insurance services he initiated then. Not long after, when BSO on May 1, 1991 obtained the IATA certificate / license, which was essential in boosting the travel business and marked the first success initiative for his business. In 1996 his ambition to expand his business found its way to the city, and another office was established in Freeway Center, Sin El Fil, Beirut, to increase BSO’s operations with Recruitment and Event Management services.

In 2004, BSO gave birth to a new “HR Outsourcing Department” to serve International and local companies with the best manpower services and in 2012 Real Estate department. Short time later, a third branch in Mtayleb opened its door in 2015, to swell the services in all Metn Area.
